Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging and tags intact to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Yass Abayas reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these requirements or show signs of wear, damage, or alteration. All return and exchange decisions are made at our discretion.
