At Yass Abayas, each piece is thoughtfully made and carefully prepared before it reaches you. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods (such as Ramadan, Eid, or special launches), processing times may be slightly longer. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated by the weight of your package.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time for U.S. orders is 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays beyond our control.

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

Some items may be pre-order or made-to-order. These pieces require additional processing time, which will be clearly stated on the product page. Orders containing pre-order items will ship once all items are ready.

Order Issues

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Yass Abayas is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged or you experience any shipping issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at yassabaya1@gmail.com with your order number and photos if applicable.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered, Yass Abayas is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
